Trespass and liability after hours
An empty site with open excavations, scaffolding and heavy plant attracts people who should not be on it. Anyone injured there becomes the project's problem, whatever their reason for being there.
No power, no network, no problem
Early-phase sites often have neither mains power nor a fixed internet connection, which rules out conventional camera installations exactly when the site is most exposed.

We revisit the coverage as phases change instead of installing once and invoicing monthly. A site at excavation and the same site at finishing are different security problems.

Construction security — common questions
Can you secure a construction site that has no power or internet yet?
Yes — this is the most common early-phase problem and it is what our deployable solar camera units are for. They are self-powered and cellular-connected, so they can go up before any services reach the site, and they get repositioned or removed as the build progresses.
Do we need a guard on site, or is mobile patrol enough?
It depends on the phase. While the site is empty overnight, randomised mobile patrol plus cameras usually gives the best deterrence per dollar. Once trades, deliveries and visitors are moving through daily, a guard on gate and access control does work that patrol cannot. We will tell you honestly which one your site is at.
What do the K9 sweeps actually do on a construction site?
They are detection sweeps, always worked by a handler — a fast way to cover a large site. Our K9 work is detection support only; the dogs are not protection or apprehension animals.
Will we get proof of the patrols?
Yes. Patrols are GPS-verified and logged, and you get the reports rather than having to ask for them. If an incident happens you get a written incident report and, where cameras cover it, the time-stamped footage.
